This simple and chic headpiece is very elegant for any event that calls for some class. Made of blue sinamay base with large black silk flowers and a Parisian import of black lace with little black dots. This fascinator/headpiece is not large so not overpowering, just classic and simple. My mannequin has a 21 inch headsize.
