Mini fascinator – Blue velvet

Mini fascinator -Blue velvet vintage, size is 4 inches. All  these are great for those who do not want to stand out too much in a crowd. Perfect for weddings or pretty much every day! All mini fascinators are 6 inches in width or less. All attach with clips and each one is unique. Most of these will be at my pop up shows with some being shown here. Wear them alone or in a group.
