Off white mini top hat with vintage flowers and pearls

This stunning mini top hat  stands out ! It is made of a blocked Sinamay and detailed with silk and vintage flowers and a beaded band. The back has a white horsehair detail that swooshes in the back. The flowers are 100% silk with some vintage flowers in cream, this hat is much nicer in person! Hat attaches with hat elastic. An art piece for sure! Perfect for any event that needs some pizzazz!
