Red avant-garde fascinator with vinyl braided twist detail and distressed netting

What can I say about this wicked  fascinator except that it is made of a vinyl that has been braided and looped over some distressed red netting. It is sculpted by hand and I would say very avant-garde! One of a kind and simply lovely for those seeking something unique and unusual for sure! This art piece would work well with patent shoes and a large patent belt to compliment the style of this piece.  Attaches with hat elastic on a satin base.
